Hello, this is a great site. I live in NJ and used to work at a bike shop. I'm the owner of the 66 volt bobber which is now running at 80 volts.
It's a No Name type 7 frame, Nirve fork with mechanical disc brakes. I'm running Firebikes 80mm rims with a Crystalyte 5303 Pheonix Racer
hub motor. The controller is a Crystalyte 72 volt 40 amp version. The batteries are from DeWalt cordless power tools (a123 Lithium batteries)
These things pack a serious punch. This combo pushes this thing to about 37-39 mph and a little faster down hill.
Any questions let me know, and I will try to answer.
Thanks
