Sorry I don't know the exact year but he is right that it looks 1960's, I believe it's a trike made by Murray.

Thanks guys! I found the answer. It's a Murray, but I already knew that. And it was built in 1968-69. Now it will be shipped to SICCHOPS where it will be painted and fixed up for my daughter. It will take awhile. But I'll post a picture of the finished trike as soon as I get it back.
