Cruising the web I ran across a high end hub manf. -Chris King that mad salt shakers from reject hubs. http://www.chrisking.com/store/shakers/index.html

So I got to thinking. Front hub would be easy salt shaker. But then I started thinking to hard. So I decided to make a pepper grinder from a trashed coaster brake hub. Ripped apart and old pepper grinder for the bottom two pieces. Bought some 3/16" square stock and ground the upper portion to fit inside a hollow axle. Soldered it into the hollow axle and assemble. I attached some cutting board on the bottom of the hub to hold the grinder pieces. Works great.

I probably need to dissassemble and clean better before it can take it rightful place on the dinner table.

Pass the rear hub, please?
Those are cool, but I think Mrs.420 would throw them at my head if I put those on the dinner table, lol

I hope those arn't priced like C.K. headsets($120)
