Hi all, I bought this racing bike today for £15 but wondering what to do to it :?: :?: All ideas are welcome (I won't be going single speed though!)

I would say bars and shifters like Kota posted, ride 'til your butt hurts, then go back to balloon tires! oops, Britain, maybe you have no balloons to go back to.

Cheers guys, yes all white tyres aren't all that common here so I ordered some "Michelin Transworld City Tyres" today:

Has to be better than what is on it at the monent! Keep the inspiration comming!

mastronaut, your bike looks a little like what i've been working on:

i love that seat, but those bull moose handlebars have got to go! stretching out to reach those things are killing my neck and hands.
