It's got adjustable dropouts, hiawatha badge and a skip tooth bendix hub. The picture of the s/n is still loading on my flickr, so I'll add that in a second. Any idea of an age?

I would say Shelby too. I don't think it is a Columbia.

I believe Shelby made Hiawathas during late prewar years, along with that style chainring. Though a Bendix hub would be later. -Adam
