What does the headbadge say? Looks Murray built early 80s perhaps

3 piece crank and funky stem design tells me it's something European... or possibly a Japanese Royce Union.

Nothing special, they may be interesting pieces but not built particularly well.

I just saw this bike on ebay looks by the dropouts like a boys version of that bike they call a Dragon.

The 3 piece crank might tell me its a European as well...I want to save it for my little 4 yr old niece.
