WHAT IS THIS "ROSS" Bicycle?! 1950's?

Ross entered the bicycle market around 1956. It's been said that the first 2 digits after the R in the serial # is the year, I'd say this one is '60 or older. Sherwood Ross passed away just a couple weeks ago at the ripe old age of 92. -Adam
