trying to figure out what I have

All i know is that it is a 20 inch kids bike and what is on the headbadge, but that is as far as i can find. Any idea what year it might be? The chainring is not correct for the bike...(for id ) that does not matter to me cause I am gonna put one that I like on it and build it to suite my taste I just want to know what I am starting with. thanks in advance guys

Just a guess, but Monark used that aluminum piece on the top of the fork on some of their bikes.

The straight rear dropouts, and rear stays that bolt to the seat clamp suggest it's imported, and probably from the Daimler/Puch/Steyr collective, who made most of those oddball bikes under a zillion badges. -Adam

I am gonna keep trying. Thanks guys for the input, at least i have a direction. Either way, I am gonna build it and one of the kids will enjoy it once they claim it away from me
