THEY DONT FIT ARGGGGGGGGGGGGG

i ordered 2 frames, the sellers both told me that they use 1" headsets, BUT THEY DONT...THEY TAKE 1 1/8" HEADSETS!!! I ordered a chopper fork for one - with a 1" steer tube, and it dont fit the frame!! i ordered the 2nd frame for cool fork i already had -it has a 1" steer tube, it dont fit!!! now i have to buy adaptors...arrrrggggghhhhh!!!!! how come i run into this problem so much sellers, they dont seem to know these freakin sizes!!!

just get a reducer headset that goes from 1 1/8 to 1'' steertube...

reducer head set, 14.99 + shipping, and i need two of 'em! i could buy another frame for that kinda money!! aaarrggghh!!!

You can buy an 8 foot section of ridged 1'' pipe at any hardware ,lowes home depot for about $10 and cut your own. Should be able to make 20 or so out of one piece. Just cut then 1/4'' shorter than the length of the neck where you cant see them. slide one in stick in the bearing races/cups and your in buisness....get over it 99% of the stuff we have wont fit another bike.
