Note that they are a manufacturer, not a retailer, so you can't buy direct from them. And sounds like they sell to distributors who in turn sell to bike shops.
I notice Niagara Cycles carries steel wheels, and I wonder if this isn't the brand they stock. There can't be that many people still making them.
