Its powder. I`m not sure if Chip did it or not. It`s "Badbroccoli`s" (from BMXMuseum) bike. He and Rividude literally just got finished putting it together before this pic was taken. He`d just gotten back from his powder guy. And that reminds me, Chip didn`t do it, he had someone there in N.C. do it for him.
