Sounds like a Steve Goodman song from the mid 70's. Well I have been busy but I did find time to paint up a bike for the city of New London Bikeshare program that Rob has setup. I offered to donate a bike all gussied up. So Rob here is a few shots that I have so far.
The starter bike was a early 70's Beacon made in Taiwan. I nearly ran it over in a ladies yard on a job. It was drive by drop off that had vines wound around the spokes. I offered to cut it free and remove it from her yard for free. Imagine that!
Parts just hanging around.
I'm trying to keep this build strickly on the fun level. So far so good. I like the colors, I'll have to paint one of my bikes like it.
