Recognize Frame?

I changed the components on this bike many times... still don't know what it started as.

Head badge faintly reads "S..... CRUISER".
("Special CRUISER"? "Super CRUISER"?)

Theres a plaque on the bottom of the bottom bracket... I can't give you serial numbers (I know you'd need that to date it - 'ballpark' age?) since I sold the bike today... yet I told the buyer I'd ask you guys to help ID it and email her your comments, if any.

It's postwar, but if the aluminum ID tag is gone from the BB, year is unknowable, they're dated by the serial #. -Adam

The head badge is so far gone, the only way I could read/see anything is in direct sunlight with some spit rubbed on it with my thumb... That's when I saw "S..... CRUISER". So Super Cruiser seems logical.

The new owner provided bottom bracket plate numbers:
Model: 18039A3
Serial: A1844711

Does either hint to a date? Thanks all.

Monark made the Firestone frames, so they are the same thing
