rambler year? /columbia

anybody got a rambler.. bike like this it has some strange drop outs
.. serial # reads bc4345 or bc 4845

Cool bike! While Columbia/Westfield used B series serial #s in 1937, and again in '56, I'd date this bike around 1947ish. Also, C/W serials only have one letter, normally. It should be stamped on the rear dropout. Any other #s, like the ones on the head tube, may be local PD ID #s. -Adam
