Convert your ballooner into a three speed with a coaster brake with this English Sturmey Archer S3C hub. This is an original English Sturmey dated 1978 with a 36 hole shell for your custom ride or ballooner in need of extra gears. Hub has been cleaned and re-lubed: synthetic grease in the cone seals and high temp grease on the coaster brake. Hub has a teaspoon of 20 weight oil in the transmission. It's ready to lace to your rims and for set up on your bike - no need to tear it down; I've already done that. Hub shell and arm plating is in good shape. Original oil filler cap seals well. Will come with the appropriate lock dropout washers and axle nuts. Has a brand new shifter chain.
