need a little help

I know without pictures I won't get much help but maybe could get some help just by describing it. It is a 20 inch bike that looks like a old motor cross bike some cool looking forks on the front and shocks on the rear a plastic gas tank the only thing it has on the badge is a R and it is heavy looks like maybe a good bike for parts any info would be great Thank's
