dual Sturmey Archer drum brakes with a rear 3speed - brakes are linked to one lever with a problem solvers cable doubler
spb shifter kit
starfire super rat motor
and soma condorina bar
i still need a new saddle, maybe a brooks and a way to mount it lower then my current setup
and a new tank, the stock one sucks.

The hubs realy look the part I want to do the same thing but I was woried about the rear hub blowing up under stress

Since you can't put a sprocket on the left side, how are you going to run the engine chain?

EDIT- Wait, did you run one of those fancy tandem cranks with the freewheel on the crankarm?

You should be able to cut down you seat tube a little bit. to drop the seat, and also flip the guts.
