Muscle Bike...Monark/Huffy??

A friend of mine found this in his grandfather's shed and needs help with the brand and year :wink: I think it's a Monark or Huffy, but I'm not positive :?
Serial number- S478?39

Okay. Mine has 2 little rivets on the neck. They're spaced apart the same as a Sears badge would be. Dont know if its a Sears or not, but that was something I had around to compare it to.

i have that same bike its Columbia build Formost badged for Jc Penny's and I also have a Columbia built MTD muscle bike just like that one.
