Thanks for the comments guys. I'll be sure to post the bracket how-to Steve. Oct, why is it that New Englanders always go nuts for our patisserie? Anyway, you should have smelled fresh pasta since the long stretch was in little Italy. The next one I will make, with the camera mounting bracket, will be downtown on Ste-Catherine street. That's going to be a blast! I will need both hands for that ride...

i've been to Quebec, several times, and it just has that smell... like baking breads, and the sweet pastries... it's worth the 5 hour drive for a cafe maison and a crepe at cafe Breton...
