Looking for Bendix Manual 2 Speed Shifter and Other Parts

I have a Bendix Manual 2 speed, and its missing the Toggle (Bell Crank), the cable, and the shifter. Its a 26" boys bike if that helps. What ever parts you guys have let me know.
