I usually keep a bike or two outside in my storage spot that you can air up and ride anytime instead of pulling one out of the garage. Due to an uptick in thefts it is always one I can handle losing. I bury them towards the back and it seems out of site out of mind is enough to deter most thefts. This is my JYD aka The Salt Eater a 1959 frame with a bunch of parts I had on hand. I took it out after I had done my snow clean up.
