It looks like a very early JCH, made by Murray. I can't make out all the #s on the BB, but something like "MOS-J" would be '45, K, 46, L, 47. There aren't many JCH's with rear facing dropouts for sure, it was a new name for their sporting goods line after WWII, including guns and luggage! -Adam
