Island Bicycles - Galveston, TX

Anyone out there been to Island Bicycle Co in Galveston, TX... He does custom Rat Rod Bikes as well as other custom builds... Check out the gigantic MTB he built for Yao Ming...

He does a 3 to 4 hour bike tour of Galveston on Saturday and Sunday morning that my family and I are trying to get away to go some time...

Ill have to check that outwe go there every year. We ususally stay at surfside beach, jamaica beach or emerald beach...How about you? Ever stayed at the Maravela(?) I think that's the name.....Lets post some pics sometime to show everyon else what its like...

We stay at the Casa Del Mar or at our Time Share at the Escapes...

My wife goes with her best friend once a year and stay at the Silverleaf time share that she owns there...

We make two or 3 Saturday trips also, we love it...my wife especially loves eating at The Spot and my daughter likes to shop on The Strand...

I saw that, but I am not that big a fan of their wings, when i want wings, I go to the Wild Wings Cafe on the Strand...better flavor selection for the kidos and great happy hour prices...
