So this is where I'm at so far. I be just got a Springer fork. Plan on changing my stem to bmx style and some 11" riser bars or some XL BMX bars. What do you guys think? All ideas open here nothing is wrong, just trying to see what ppl think.

That's a good looking frame! With the springer, I'd go with some ape hangers before BMX bars. Add a fat leather seat and it would have a bit of an east coast bobber vibe.
