Definatly a mid to late 60's Huffy. Find the ser# either under the bottom bracket or by headtube, oughta start with a H, W (Western Flyer or Higgins), S (sears) or HW (Hiawatha) then a set of numbers after. The first number of the ser#, for Huffies, denotes the last diget of the year it was made. Example, H763553, the 7 combined with that style chainring would make it a 67'. Hope that helps, but a Huffy built bike may also have been sold under the Hiawatha, Western Flyer or even Sears name around that time. Good find!
