I need help on what bike is worth

Hello I found a bike at a old mans garage sale he says it is a JC Higgins sears bike. I don't know much about jc Higgins or if its all original.I was wondering if there are any sites letting me know how much this bike is worth. If anyone could help it would be appreciated.

Copy the "IMG Code" for each picture on photobucket and paste that here

It looks pretty original. I'm guessing the rear rim was replaced. Also the rear fender is missing the wrap around lower brace (See lower front) I personally wouldn't pay more than $50-$60. It is skip tooth so that's a plus.
