Huffy USA

OK guys, I have a USA stickered Huffy I bought for the 3 speed, now it's a single and was planning to off it for $40 on Craigslist. I came with new tires/tubes, new springer seat, decent paint, and I used rusty wheels off a garbage bike...
The guy I bought it from made a big deal about the USA sticker, I know there is a Usa south Korea........
So are these frame supposed to be better than any other Huffy of modern origins??? The welds look like standard may kill you welds, nothing for me.
I can post pictures of the Catilina.
But what is popular opinion?

I *like* my USA made bikes, but if you are trying to sell in a local market, you get what you can. If it's a solid bike I think $40 is a decent starting price, and if you sell it for that or even $20 or $10, you haven't "given away" some special USA made bike. I've got a few USA bike frames in perfect condition on my trailer ready to go to the scrap yard.
