You must make exhaust & machine out center hole on rear sprocket. . 41 tooth is perfect gear for my area, i ride a minium of 10 miles a day, everyday.
I also cut stock muffler way down. Left the honeycomb thing in but took out the baffle,
just don't need all the attention, still kinda quite.
Got lots more torque.
I built this in early March, in 3 weeks the front fender cracked 1/2 way across, rear fender cracked clear in too. / Chinnessee Chit.
Also have a sharp orange Swhinn OCC that will have a motor installed, to be done this summer, sometime.
