House Paint Special Help

I want to start scrapping away at the house paint but i wanted to see if anyone had any ideas. Im guessing its hodgepodged together. No serial either that i could find. Originally was black. Maybe Monark?

Maybe the fenders, tank, frame and forks go together, as do the wheels which match. It looks like a Rollfast chain wheel but it's hard to tell from the pic. Another couple pics, plus a shot of the dropouts may help ID it.

But it's got Schwinn grips, so that makes it a Schwinn.....[emoji51]
Just ask Craigslist.......

Good luck in id'ing it, but I'm leaning toward Rollfast.....
