Help with year CWC Hiawatha

I have this Hiawatha that I would like to know the year of, I do know its a CWC built bike and the # on the bottom are H56467 ACw

Thats the only part I left when I picked up the bike :lol: I had a rental car and just couldnt fit it all in there.

Does it have two tiny holes it the top tube or is that only on W/Flyers?

I dont see any holes in the top tube, What are those for on the WF ??

I thinks its for a turnsignal switch.I found out here.
