Headset Spacers

Has anyone come up with a cheap source of threadless head tube headset spacers, or something cheap that would work instead?

You guys come up with some of the best "why didn't I think of that?" solutions -- just amazing sometimes.

While not in everybody's box of junk , it certainly was cheap . In a box of scrap I got from a buddy's machine shop was this perfect spacer from a piece of Motorcycle fork tube . Great chrome , thick tube , & and already the right size . Lucky me :mrgreen:
