girls bike on a bike rack

I am having trouuble trying to hang a girls bike on a bike rack. It seems that the frame is a bit to small to fit it in between the bike rack bars. Is there any type of bar that can go on a girls bike to hang?

yeah, the link was more of a "you mean one of these" for reference, usually at the bike shops or sporting goods stores for $15-30 bucks
