Don't really care about value - just wanna know what it is!

I bought a bike with my daughter at a garage sale a few days ago. It's pretty rusty, but a pretty cool little "muscle bike", banana seat and all.

The head badge really isn't a badge, but rather a worn out old sticker that says "White's Performance" on it. I think these used to be hardware stores in Texas. I'm in Texas.

It looks like a Schwinn Stingray, but it's got funky "pushed back" handlebars - a basket attached to the seat, which looks like a western saddle, and it says "Desert Sun" on the chain guard.

I don't know what it is, but - I told her i'd help her clean it up and fix it up and now that I found your site, I'm getting all kinds of cool ideas for the bike.

Im thinking Huffy too. They had they Desert Rose so I'm guessing they changed the name a bit for the store that put their name on it.
