Get a picture of the rear drop outs and the fork crown.

That drop out has me stumped. Looks like what Murray used years later, but with the fender brace mounting point in the wrong place. :? What's that chain ring it has on it look like?

It is Huffy built for Belknap . The first numeral in serial # will tell the year . Definitely '60s
