That looks pretty complete and correct for a 1966 "Sprint sprocket" Fastback.

The chainguard is the obvious problem, so plan on stripping it and hopefully it's got good chrome underneath. If it is chrome, clean it up, buy silver basecoat and Sky Blue from Pete (http://www.hyper-formance.com) and a decal, you'll have a really nice bike.

Rest of the bike looks great. Shifter looks correct, overload tube and expensive little clamps all there. Correct decals for an early Fastback (crossed flags and a gear style seatpost logo).

The seat is supposed to be a white "deep tuft" seat... really hard to find and impossible in good condition. The blue is nice and may even be a real (or real enough, repro) seat. Stick with that unless you need it to be 100%.

You should be able to locate dates on this bike in the following places:

Frame serial number (left rear).
Inside front fork leg (tiny number, remove the wheel, it will be something like "10+6" for Oct 66.)
center of handlebars
side of stem
Center of rear hub- maybe, its a Sprint hub if original so not sure.
Center of crank
Tire sidewalls if original (Carlisle dates look like (C 10 6 1) for Oct 66... but could also be 1976 and you wouldn't know. The 1 doesn't mean anything.)

Good luck, awesome bike, lots of potential, great find.
