48h 14mm axle fronts? That's easy:

But 48h 14mm axle DISC fronts? Probably not. If it needs to be overbuilt and it's a disc hub, it'll likely have a 20mm thru-axle. The 14mm axle thing is basically a bmx thing, and discs haven't really taken off in the bmx world (yet); when you do find discs on a bmx bike, it'll probably be on a race bike, and rear-only. So, a 14mm disc front isn't going to be easy to find.
 
You can be forgiven for not looking at cargo bikes, b/c Yuba is about the only one I know of that takes that size axle....:thumbsup: Be advised that the yuba hub isn't a freehub; it's meant to take a thread-on 7 speed freewheel. It's spaced 135mm, btw
