Mocked up this frame with scrap parts from around the shop... going to change rims not sure if I will use black ones yet Rear wheel is very tight hence use of more slick rubber might ease rear dropouts to give me clearance Seat needs a clean ... get badge fixed Need different bar set up...

Hi, Took a ladies frame which had very slim wheels, could not get a 26" to fit forks so have swapped them out [mind you the ones in photos will need to be changed as they are badly bent!] Rear wheel is going to be a problem may have to drop a wheel size [24"] unless you know different...
