    For a smile: millstone-rat

Hello, bad quality again, I know, but I wouldn´t keep it back. This vehicle I saw during a bike-tour in a little village in Northern Germany. Some artists put a tank made of a trunk onto an old motorbike-frame and took some useless millstones as wheels  . . . regards, Paul

    diamond-frame "Sunriser"

Hello, a fortunately bad photo of one of my first "choppers", called "Sunriser", ´cause of the yellow, violett and blue from rear to end. The apehanger has a diameter of 1 inch (HD), the Brooks-saddle is replaced - however . . . regards, Paul

    Norton rat "light"

Hello, here some pics of my Norton 16H, 500cc, built in 1937. I´m not the watcher of originality, how you can see at the gear-shifter per example. Made of a flat piece of steel, I took a file and styled the end sharp-edged. Now it looks like a poker - I took the WERNER-comic (an older German...

    Schrotwild-Rat

Hello, here my "main-bike", the Schrotwild, which I ride now for 113.000km (over 70.000 miles), ´cause I don´t possess a car. It is built with nearly the same parts as the Lanz B., but has only one brake (I´m thinking about a self-made disk for the rear-wheel). regards, Paul

    Old downhill-rat

Hi, in 1979 a schoolfriend built this bike. He took an old 26-inch-frame, a banana-seat and a 1960´s NSU Quickly-(50cc-motorbike) frontfork with its 23-inch-wheel. One day in May 1980 we went to a 9%-downhill-road and started our "four-man-highspeed-record-trial". Two guys took place at the...

    Hello from Germany

Hello, ratrod-fellows, at first I want to please you to excuse my bad English, but my last lesson in this language is nearly thirty years ago. I´m Paul and fortyfive years old. I found this forum during searching for a rat-bicycle-forum. But I don´t know, if I´m really at the right place here...
