im in the process of making a board track with a 3speed internal hub and i want to put a jockey shifter on it but dont know what route to take so please post any pics and how-tos

this is my first build.. its made from a schwinn continental and an old sears bikes. i still need to bend up my down tube and put in that cross bar.. and while im at it i think im gonna stretch it out alittle so i can put a little motor in it.

i started with that exact same frame... same color and everything but im turning it into a board track

if you just cut the bottem struts for the rear wheel and sit on the bike it will stretch it out for you then you just have to weld a piece of metal in the gap you made... or find some one to do it for you it wouldnt cost too much and its pretty easy w/o too much fab work
