    head set for silver king

    Hi I am assembling a repro monark fork with a real silver king frame -- I had an existing head set 21.1/32.5/27 but the cups are not snug. No tight, slight loose. What size head set do I need to tighten this up and still use the one inch tube fork.... I assume loose cups are not ideal. m,d
