I put new pedals on because the old ones were severely warped and the back rim was done for so i got a new rim.

That housing looks odd with tge headlight assembly. Probably hard to find

Sticker on side of what seems to be a housing for a light or something says "j.c. higgins". Here is a pic of model number i guess
