Went down to our local Frankenbike swap today and found a Schwinn Heavy Duti for $50 with an extra set wheels. I also bought a Wald front basket for $10 from the same guy. The basket even included a dusting of Sulfur for free. This was a retired Plant bike. I'm really digging this frame!

It's all back together again and much smoother and brighter color then before. It even still had the ND oil fill cap.

It is a very cool design. If you plan on doing a lot of them you could get a cheap scroll saw from Harbor Freight along with a bi-metal blade. They also have a 25 piece domed punch set. With that you could raised or embossed badges.

I still have a few questions. #1 can you install all the guts either way? #2 I have noticed that my hub is concaved where the disks ride. It's hard to tell but with a straight edge it looks to be about 1/16" to the lowest spot. Is that normal or does my hub have excess wear? #3 my disk stack...
