Fort Collins has a lot of cool bike shop/bars. Crankenstein, Road 34, Brave New Wheel. Vintage rides all over town. Plus all the beer you can drink. Only an hour up I-25 from Denver. Hey, if any of you guys are looking to buy a NBB bike check Fort Collins CO Craigslist. There were at least four for sale last night. Sometimes pricey but they are available.

Yeah, definitely a weak effort. Those colors do remind of McDonalds. I've got the 2002; silver with black fenders. I have a soft spot for those old Electras.

You can put a nice patina on that brass by mixing some Miracle Gro and vinegar in a pan and heating it up. Drop the brass in for about 45 minutes to an hour. Check it frequently for the desired patina. I did that with my Crane bell which is also stem mounted. Looks great. Instant aging!

Sometimes they give away bikes on their Facebook page. Check Craigslist in Fort Collins; there's sometimes one for sale. Big bucks though. Anywhere from $650 to $800. Outrageous!

You can find lots of those coaster/postcards at the brewery. Be sure to visit or at least try Odells, Equinox and FC Brewery also. Pateros Creek is another brewer in town. Check out the Mayor of Old Town for 100 beers on tap and of course take some pics of all those NB bikes parked around town.
