That is a good question, there is a 1/2'' inch difference's from the hole to the hole on the grips it is 22 1/2'' on the mans bike. The rivets came from e-bay $8 for 12 and if you use them on a monark you will have to drill holes a little bigger. Thanks... -

I bought this bike from Craig list and had it mailed here, the only things missing are the train light and rocket, the cheese greater rack is beyond repair I found the train light. I think the original color was a blue with white tank and chain guard. I found some pictures of what I think are... -
