Gathered this little jewel up on ebay tonight. Looks like I'm gonna be hunting a set of aluminum forks for it as these don't look to be original. I'm wondering what those hangers above the forks and below the handlebars are for? Should There be rods there or springs or what? Seat's kinda...

    After a long drought...Finally

I was looking for a 24 inch bike for my grand daughter and thought I wasn't gonna get it done before her 13th birthday. But the good Lord led us to this one. From a barn. Needs new tires and the front lense and a seat.....but a nice 68 fleetwing. The bike is in great shape for having had...

Need to install rear carrier but missing frame mount

Got an old ballon frame with no fitting on the frame behind the rear axle mount. I'm supposing that there are some fittings available for mounting such. The supports are not long enough to mount on the axle bolt and it will take a fitting of some kind. What is the name or term for that fitting?

2 for the price of none...lol.

I followed a lead from the local flea market to find these two bikes lying behind an old mans house who wanted them gone. As you can see. I've already started evaluating and doing a bit of work on them......Both had froze up chains and broken brake cables. The Diamondback is already halfway...

This one will take a little more work

It's a 1930s Sunbeam Roadster. Looks to be all there. There will be plenty of elbow grease and research involved I'm sure...lol. Cool thing about this bike is that the chain rides in an oil bath. Its got stermy archer cablles and gears....that helps. Here is what the finsished product...

Just a few small parts and I'm rollin I think

I love old vintage bikes but here in Bowling Green Ky we have too many hills to really enjoy the old single speeds so I gathered me an old ten speed off ebay tonight. Vintage Raleigh with the 502 frame. Needs a few small parts but looks to be in fine shape over all...
