Im in north carolina so thats a bit of a drive for me. If I could find an original atom wheel and front brakes, and a seat, that would be awesome. How do you know its a 68?

It just need some tires and handle grips to be rideable. Nothing is seized and the back wheel and gears work.

I was at an estate auction, saw this bike and had to buy it. Here are some pictures. Can you guys tell me if its the original or a reproduction? Is it worth anything? Worth restoring or should i just let my nephews ride it?
