Finding and collecting old bikes, preferably balloon tire bikes. They just don't make em like that anymore and I love them. 80 year old bike might need some emory cloth and a new paint job, some new components and your ready to ride. 80 yrs from now the bikes made today will be dust and our 160 yr old bikes will be still be pedaling!
