Here is a bike I am about to restore. This is going to be my first bike restoration. I'd like to be as acurate as possible when ordering decals and parts. Does anyone know how I can determine the year on it?

Just wanted to introduce myself. Ive just purchased an antique bike from my father in law. He found it when cleaning out an old pawn shop. I have been googling about it and want to restore it. I thought I would join this site and post updates as I go along.
