    I have given the sign on the battery a lot of thought. There is a sign painter on the island I live on that I've been meaning to get in touch with. I'm thinking of something along the lines of Dockton Speed Shoppe. It's the small town I was born and raised in on Vashon Island.

    It's a crysalyte, 72v 20ah lithium manganese battery, and a 40a controller. I've worked at a bike shop in high school and college, but as far as the electrical system goes, it was bought as a kit. I wish I had the gumption to build my own, I hope I can learn from you guys. I'm already thinking...

    i just finished it two days ago, and joined the forum today. i still have a couple loose ends to tie up but right now its ridable. I have to finish the painting on the frame panel above the battery box. And put the rear disc on, and put the leather grips on. But anyhow, behold!!!:rockout:

    Hi from Vashon Island, Wa. Ive been looking at the sight for some time now. I just finished my Dockton Speedshoppe ebike, 2 days ago. A couple loose ends to tie up, but seems to work as expected.
