1999 Ford Ranger and 8" wide trailer when needed for the swaps.
Built this rack with pvc and can be extended to add more bikes when using it in the trailer. Just don't glue the pvc together.
Can also be removed to use in the yard.

Then the rack is portable

Ah my town. I was in that Lowes today. And was riding my bike in that parking lot last week.
 
I built a custom bike rack on the tongue of my pop up camper using boards and floor bike stands....

It works awesome and I do have to remove the street sweeper fender when hauling it already so I was fine with doing that on the new rack.
